Our NEW RETAIL HOURS are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 7am-2pm (or sold out)
Saturday and Sunday - 7am-2pm (or sold out)
Closed Wednesday and Friday
Fresh Pastries, Savories, and Sourdough available on Tuesdays and Weekends only

We are observing all Covid safety and sanitation protocols. Masks worn over both mouth and nose are required for entry. If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask please order online. If you are exhibiting any illness symptoms please order online for home delivery. Our maximum capacity to maintain distance is 2 customers at a time, but there is plenty of space outside to line up till your turn!
We’ll be working out all the fine details of the retail space through the week, as well as the volume of sales we should anticipate, so we appreciate your patience if we encounter any bumps in the road along the way. But we are so happy to finally be open and baking for you! We hope you’ll join us to get that bread, pick up a crust for pizza night, or grab a pastry to-go for your weekend breakfast or Tuesday commute! Online ordering for local home delivery or contactless pickup is still available, and please feel free to contact us for large orders if you’re stocking up!
